AoA ! First of all thank you Sir Rustam for introducing such a great platform where I can share my personal experience with CALL tools. I will share it soon, but now I am sharing one of the my experience about PASS TO DAYS CONFERENCE 2018.

My first conference at here in college but when I was in Haripur my first ever conference,I attended was on "Women Harassment "at Punjab College.
Today when I entered my self in Conference Hall, I felt proud because first time here in my presence I have an opportunity to attend this conference on PASS, then I skimmed the posters /banners.
Anyways this great conference had started by the Recitation of the Holy Quran.
1)The first speaker "Mr. Naveed",great person, was invited on podium and he said some verses /poetry,really heart touching words, superb lines that pleased me and hope so everyone.
2) Secondly Ma'am Sarwat, who is member of PASS, was invited on stage. There she shared little bit about PASS and her experience about the distance between student and teacher and her main point was how to fulfill that gap between student and teacher and how to overcome that.
3)Prof.Rustam Ali was invited with huge round of bang and within few minutes he thanked to all speakers and all team and appreciated PASS.
4)Forth one I listened Dr. Shakeel Ahmed, in start he uttered praise words for RASHID HUSSAIN MUGHAL, and I thought he is organizer of PASS. Then he translated somewhat or tried to translate the lines shared by Mr. Naveed  and then came to main topic which is about *"Transforming Cognitive Abilities Of Student's in The Context of Objective Reality "*.
Then he discussed _COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT (structure of power that powerful forces gain high ranks, AND OBJECTIVE REALITIES that it is in the form of social theory, different social groups _
He asked a question that how and why definition is definition, by differentiating powerful forces and powerless people he quoted " *When Men are Oppressed its a tragedy When Women are Oppressed its a tradition* "
Actually he discussed "Inequality, Oppression ,Power Relationship and Student "that who are they????
*Inequality =gender inequality
He was focusing on Oppression and asked Why we are prison of it???
Then he discussed Student and said  everyone here is a student whether Constructer ,Carpenter etc whatever he is..
He further said about INNOCENT  and PECCANT  people and told that PECCANT  are on higher position by taking support of Election.
Then he shared slide on "Cycle of Oppression " and research on it to show what is Systematic Power ,which includes :
a) *Biased information leads to stereotyping.*
He discussed that how different people /group  understand each other or having different way of talking with their opposite groups like herein this group students of Chemistry,English and Microbiology department do not treat one in the way they have  to.. Either intentionally or unintentionally
b) *Prejudice*
In this  he told that people have their feelings of like and dislike for someone is illogical .He further said how dominant become dominant and non dominant become non dominant..
Actually these baseless things are build in the form of professional groups and social groups, we should have to develop  sense of security.
c) *Discrimination*
In this part of cycle he said ,it reflects in election, power in politics or among politicians  stand on that cycle.
d) *Oppression*
It develops the idea of securitization. He further discussed on higher(dominant)group which is powerful and lower (non dominant) group which is powerless, this inequality in the World is due to Sabortage approach that how we shut up the lower or middle class people. Can Sabortage speak, .......if not then why?
Then line displayed on screen was " *Educational infrastructure as hegemonic Enclaves and students as a prison "*,he said that freedom should be given to student by teacher in questionnaire section further he touched the word DISCIPLINE, he said it is not necessary in classrooms i.e when student ask question and then some teachers give him /her shut up call by saying you have not any idea of discipline. But it is not a discipline... It is in Military...........
Then he suggested us an article on "Hegemony through Education "and "Cultural Hegemony"
Later on he said "knowledge is power " but in our global village Power is knowledge... The 1st session continued and I left because I had to go for C. S class..
Thank you 😇
