Respected teachers and fellows, It’s a humble request to all of you, kindly help me in my matter, in my pane discussion. The topic of my discussion is “Semester System of Education in Govt. colleges”. I have three questions to all of you. 1. What are the teacher’s concern in BS system? 2. Are teachers trained on teaching semester system of education? 3. What about shortage of staff? Although I have an idea about that all, but spare sometime and answer the above mentioned questions. AoA Here is the today's  lecture about Proposal. There is little bit difference between Synopsis and Proposal and it should be written before Actual Research .As we have already done Actual Research, Report Writing ,now it is easy to write a Proposal.At the end of research we will have to share the result to other person in the form of Oral Report i-e Defence and it should be in the form of multimedia presentation. Now what is proposal? 1)Proposal is the act of presenting the plan to others. 2)Future tense  should be used. 3)It should be individual 4)Consist up of three chapters    Chapter 1-3 same as in the research report but in 3rd Chapter, after describing Procedure ,Budget  and Time frame  should be included like in budget we should have to mention cost/price of our Research in Hard form and in time frame ,we should mention the time we will work on it. 5) It consist up of total 5-7 pages in which Tittle page , Table of content and Three chapters are include.

After lot of thinking,I agree with this point "Individual is the stronger change agent than Institution",we can also say that "Individual Empowerment",here Empowermet means Transformation process by which individual gain power and control in order to make decision and meet his/her own objects. I agree with this point because according to this interpretation,the process begins with the individual. Common but superb lines of Sir Allama Iqbal, خودی کو کر بلند اتنا کہ ہر تقدیر سے پہلے خدا بندے سے خود پوچھے بتا تیری رضا کیا ہے This خودی is the individual ability to participate in all spheres of their lives,he/she may become aware of his/her own interest and it also adds self-esteem in individual.With self-esteem ,individual gain confidence to make decisions and also individuals capacities develops by the transformation of individual person,it also challenges the preceeding silence within the community and succeed in amplifying the collective voice....
