After lot of thinking,I agree with this point "Individual is the stronger change agent than Institution",we can also say that "Individual Empowerment",here Empowermet means Transformation process by which individual gain power and control in order to make decision and meet his/her own objects. I agree with this point because according to this interpretation, the process begins with the individual. Common but superb lines of Sir Allama Iqbal, خودی کو کر بلند اتنا کہ ہر تقدیر سے پہلے خدا بندے سے خود پوچھے بتا تیری رضا کیا ہے This خودی is the individual ability to participate in all spheres of their lives,he/she may become aware of his/her own interest and it also adds self-esteem in individual. With self-esteem ,individual gain confidence to make decisions and also individuals capacities develops by the transformation of individual person,it also challenges the preceeding silence within the community and succeed in amplifying the collective voice.... That is my point of view about Individual as a change agent. *_Little drop of water, little grain of sand, make the mighty ocean and the pleasant land._ Thanks Regards Ruqiya Sania from Microbiology Semester (III) hide
